Im a size 7 in wemans shoes..what is the equivalent size in boys? A 5.5 right?

Yep! Men's/boys' sizing is about 1.5 sizes smaller than women's sizes.

However, you should still double check and try the shoe on first. I'm an 8 in women's, but a 6.5 in boys is a bit tight; I have to wear a 7. So it varies, and it's always best to try them on first! If you can't try on the exact shoe (if you're ordering online, etc), go to a store and try on a different shoe of the same brand, because the brand sizes will usually run the same.
