I'm not sure what aged teen you mean, but have a look at:
http://www.musicaltheatreaudition.com/joomla/conte...
that will help you select a song.
But some of my favorites are:
Nothing - A Chorus Line
I Can Do Better Than That - The Last 5 Years
I'm A Part of That- The Last 5 Years
There's A Fine Line - Avenue Q (this is actually a ballad, but might work)
I Speak Six Languages- The 25 Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
My Friend The Dictionary- The 25 Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee
So Much Better- Legally Blonde The Musical
The Wizard and I- Wicked (although you might want to avoid Wicked because it is very over done)
Not For The Life of Me- Thourghly Modern Millie
Here I Am- Dirty Rotten Scoundrels
One Hundred Easy Ways- Wonderful Town
Hope that helps!

If you can belt, "Shy" from Once Upon A Mattress has always done me well at auditions.
