hey download an iso maker so i downloaded free create burn iso because it was free http://www.brothersoft.com/free-create-burn-iso-60...
all you do is locate where you avi file is when your in create burn iso click on it then click create iso then choese where you want the iso and there yo go

You need a program
I use Film Machine
You run the avi in there and make sure to use the Qence encoder. It will make the ISO image.
Remember, it takes a good 4 hours to make it into an ISO image, but only a fe min to burn the image.
There is also FAVC,
