Brush AND floss at least twice a day. Brush your tongue, the roof of your mouth and the inside of your cheeks. These are all areas plaque accumulates. The bacteria in plaque eat the sugars left in your mouth from food and there by-product (poop) is acid that eats your teeth. If you don't floss, you have food stuck in between your teeth that is just sitting there rotting.

You should also see your dentist to have your teeth cleaned and tell them you have a problem with bad breath. They will be able to help you take care of the problem.

Brush your teeth, scrape off the white things on your toungue, mouth wash, and floss.

Major causes for bad breath is the white stuff on your toungue and food being stuck in your teeth.
