Hair Coloring???

Question

When putting in a relaxer can you add a semi permanent hair color?? would it be best to add it b4 or after the relaxer?? like wats the proper way??

oh yeah i prevsioly had a rinse in my hair and the coloring isnt all the way gone. would it be okay if i put in a diffrent color in my hair, or do i have to stick to the same color??

I would do the relaxer and then the color to be safe.
