Why is Princess Diana's bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones is not questioned by court over the accident?

Princess Diana's bodyguard Trevor Rees-Jones was in the same car when the accident happened, and until this moment no one inetrviewed him and was never called in court to testify, and say his part of the story from the moment the car drove from the Ritz hotel and got into the tunnel....??????

    he claims he had a bad head injury, how convenient to no remember. he knows something.

    He HAS been questioned! Rees-Jones suffered a traumatic head injury and has no recollections of what happened during the accident.Memory-loss caused by traumatic injury is no surprise and is a well-documented side-effect of a brain-trauma.

    He was badly injured way back in 97, and at that time he said he remembered nothing about it, does he, does he not, i guess we may never know.

    10 years on all is still very unclear.

    Becauese her bodygrud did not have the time for Diana and Princess Diana would not be dead now.
