I wish to sale my home from Telluride, Colorado. I have the real estate and home in Telluride, Co. But before that i would like to know the cost of that..and advice me about the best agencies or broker's contact address or site.

Fantastic agent in Telluride, he has been in the business for years, and if there's someone who can sell your home in Telluride, he's your man. BTW, it's the best time of year for selling a home there right now - there were some big snow storms last week dumping snow measured in feet.

I didn't know that two families can own one house! This is the first I've heard of it. So I can only give my opinion. I would think that an agent can't make a person do anything in real estate, it would be suggestions or offers, if asks. 7% seems like a low percentage, that I don't see why the owners would care about a lower asking price anyhow, especially when the difference is only 7%. But because they are owners too, they can maybe make or break a sale.
