The Chantix that helps you quit smoking? I would say at least 1 month after having taken the last pill. And maybe.. take prenatal pills during that month your waiting.. Just to be safe :) But if within that time frame you begin smoking again, then.. pregnancy should be delayed. Because smoking effect the development of a fetus greatly. And even being around a smoker is not good for a developing fetus. Hope that helped. GOOD LUCK
