If i get the razr cell phone unlocked on walmart.com what can do with it since it wont have a phone service?

you can do nothing..

u have to get a service..

THEN you can do all kinds of fun stuff!

Take the phone back with its original packaging. You can get a phone from 7-11 for $40.
