    atom consist of

electrons and nucleus, nucleus further consist of proton and neutron

    electron has negative charge (-ve)

    proton has positive charge (+ve)

neutron is neutral and has no charge.

also, the proton, neutron are made of quarks which further have got some +ve and -ve charge,

these quarks are of 6 types and their description i think is beyond the scope of this question.

    1.electron : charge= -1.6*10^(-19)coulomb

    2.proton : charge= +1.6*10^(-19)coulomb

    3.neutron : charge= 0 coulomb
