Paste. If you copied text, you will need a program that accepts text to paste it into. If you copied a graphic, you will need a program that accepts graphics to paste it into. If you copied a program, it can be copied into Windows Explorer. There will be only one thing in your clipboard since every time you copy or cut, it overwrites what was there before, unless you use a program that allows you to keep more than one thing in your clipboard.

Or you can use the clipboard utility by going to Start - Run - then typing in "clipbrd" and hit enter.

Just click on the Start Menu, select run, type in clipbrd and hit enter. This will bring up the clipboard viewing utility.

    Hope this helps

The clipboard is a software program that is used for short-term storage of data as it is transferred between documents or applications, via copy and paste operations. It is most commonly a part of a GUI environment and is usually implemented as an anonymous, temporary block of memory that can be accessed from most or all programs within the environment.
