okay, what exactly are pilates, and how do they affect your body[what do they do]?

    Pilates is a series of exercises that professional dancers use to stay toned without bulking up. Its designed to elongate the muscles in a series of specific slow stretches. Its also designed to engage several muscle groups at the same time, making for an effective overall body work out.
