There are several free video converters online. You will need to convert any movies you want to .wmv, that's the only way you can watch them on the 360 through the link. One fault I have found is regardless of what kind of converter you have (paid for or free, name brand or non), the audio and video slowly becomes out of sync, so as you near the end of the movie, it's between a 1-5 minute lag, if not worse.
