Well, Texas doesn't have a state income tax and the sales tax is under 6% and the sales tax doesn't apply to unprepared grocery food items, or prescription drugs. I mean, if I could live in San Francisco for the price of Ft. Worth there would be no hesitation on my decision. San Francisco only works out for single people if you got into a rent-control apartment back in the 1970s.
