hard to want?

I know what it means to 'play hard to get' but what does it mean to 'play hard to want'? I can't seem to figure that one out.

Update:

i did a online search and i see the phrase used but no one explains it.

Hard to want? Never heard of this ridiculouness before, however if I had to guess I'd say it's a person with emotional issues that wants to play games to get something from someone...any thing that starts with the word play is a manipulation and is a game..
