Digitech buy 2 get 1 free order form?

Question

I've been trying to get the order form, but it keeps messing up on my computer. I've tried opening it with Windows and Microsoft office, but nothing works. Can someone tell me how to get it? Thanks.

It's a PDF so you'll need to download and install the adobe reader. I've attached the link below for the download. You don't have to install the album starter or any tool bars unless you want to. I don't. Here's the link to the buy 2 get one free order form also.

As a guy who bought a Digitech multi-effects pedal, I'd tell you to avoid it. It's probably an ok starters stomp box, but all the distortion & "metal' settings sound very weak. They all end up soiunding like "bad 80s distortion". I'd go w/ a Line 6 POD instead.
