What is the best PSP game that you create a person on?

I like the type of game that you create a person and you live your life... like "Sims". I would like ones like the Brooktown High... but I've heard bad things about that one. Well, anyway please help me out and if you can't think of any give me some idea for a teenager. Thanks :)
