Samsung i-760 or XV6800?

Question

I am in the process of upgrading to a smartphone but can't decide between these 2 phones. Price not being an issue, I have a credit, rebate, and other discounts. Any thoughts?

I can answer on authority that the 6800 has better capabilities than the samsung.

the wifi works better.

it has fewer defects.

it is a small handheld pc not just a phone with a pda included
