    A. Caffeine has many effects on the CNS, but it's major action in neurons seems to be as a phosphodiesterase inhibitor.

    B. Alcohol is known to increase the action of GABA at the GABA-A receptor. It is also known to affect the dopamine system, and the serotonin system as well.

    C. Paracetamol acts as a COX2 inhibitor in neurons, and thereby affects synthesis of prostaglandins, thromboxanes, etc.

    These drugs have many and varied effects on neurons. Your question is one that thousands of researchers are still working on, so there really is NO ONE answer.
