Ok then ponder this , if you ever get lost in a blinding snow storm you will ( as a matter of nature ) walk in circles it's law of the forces of nature , the perfect shape is circular , so if lost , you must pick out a point in the horrison and go there or stay put , walking in circles will wear you out and you'll fall in a heap exausted in that very spot in two to three days , conserve your energy and when the weather gets better pick that point on the horison and go ..
