Can someone help me with my Logitech headset?

I had an old one and it broke to were as I can hear them but they cant hear me! I play Madden online and I just bought a new one today and it is doing the same thing! Can someone help or tell my how to fix this?? It is a usb Logitech headset compatible for PS2 and all EA games!

If the brand new headset is doing the same thing, it's probably a flaw with your game and not with the headsets.
