my thies are gettin fat, how can i take a diet or what sports should i do?

i need it very quick cause i have date next week!!!!

    best tthing to walk for 60 min a day , and visualize ur self slim

    Drink a gallon of water a day and do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 and also do 500 sit-ups a day.

    250 in the morning and 25o before bed.

    Stay away from the soda!!

    Only do the gallon of water, if you are stretching it out over a whole day. You can drink plenty of water, but to much water in a short period can also kill you.

    I've always been told leg lifts or bicycling were great for the thighs.

    hie babes,all u need iz to juss take a lemon,maybe 15 lemons and ucut them into many peaces,u then put in a five liter gallon,put 6.1/2 table spoons of sugar.shake well before drinking it babes,sho i know u will be cool,u know alwayz BraBizzo got da answer...awe awe,ohh by da way try a morning jog bruu....
