2 cups of cornflakes
3 tablespoons butter
half a cup of sugar
3-4 tablespoons of honey
put the butter, sugar and honey into a small saucepan and heat over low heat until all are melted and the sugar has disolved
put the cornflakes into a large bowl....then add the heated mixture. mix well until the cornflakes are coated with the honey mixture.
spoon into cupcakes and refridgerate until set.

Original recipe yield: 2 1/2 dozen
* 2/3 cup butter, softened
* 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
* 2 eggs
* 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
* 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon baking soda
* 1 1/4 cups dried cranberries
* 2/3 cup coarsely chopped white chocolate
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. In a medium bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Combine oats, flour, salt, and baking soda; stir into butter mixture one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in dried cranberries and white chocolate. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
3. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool on wire racks.

8oz Milk or plain chocolate 225g
Plain ol Cocos
Melt the chocolate and stir in the KELLOGG'S COCO POPS and coconut. Place two teaspoons of the mixture into pastry cases. Place on a tray and refrigerate until firm.
Variation - Sprinkle the Chocolate Crackles with hundreds and thousands prior to refrigeration for parties and special occasions.
