How about another nickname?

I'm also looking for a nickname for a guy who is unfailingly polite and nice...always uses the Ud. form of address and is just generally a nice guy. We were thinking of "Don (Something)". Any suggestions?

...

Update:

Sorry, forgot to mention that I'm looking for the nickname in SPANISH! :)

Don Cortés is a good one because Cortés means polite and it is a real last name.

If he's particularly charming, "Don Juan" might suffice... however - that might come off as condescending - making the person sound like they are being flirtatious rather than polite. Perhaps something like "Mr. Propriety" would be more along the lines of what you're looking for?
