    Well, it's a black thing...

We give props to eachother because we all feed off the fact that we continue to shape the culture of this country that also shares such a hatred and fear of black americans...

So in that case we want to feature on eachother's songs...

We also recognize that R&B and hip hop often come from the same seed at this point, if anything, hip hop only being a form of rhythm and blues...Simply the fact so much hip hop came from r&b funk samples lets you know the same "gut" that is in r&b lies in hip hop...

We know that, the rest of the country likes separating everything into a class and genre...A simple microcosm of what is already engrained in our society...

not really ..they are in their own little world for the most part...cept when chris brown tries to rap..that boy needs to stick with singing lol but he gets his credit in R&B ..but truthfully new hip hop doesnt even deserve hip hop credit..real talk

They add a rap verse and that makes it hip hop. If it makes money it doesn't matter.
