If i live in a state where you aren't legally an adult until age 19, can i legally move to a different state on my own at age 18 without parental concent?

Yes. Laws in one state can't proscribe the application of laws in another state, and also cannot prevent the interstate travel of non-criminals. Thus, they can't keep you within the state unless you're on probation/awaiting trial, and they can't do anything about it once you're in the other state.

If you have to ask a question like this then you probably should seriously wait until you are more like 21 before striking out on your own!
