My butt needs to be reduced?

My butt has grown since I have gotten older,and it needs shaping. Please tell me the best excercise that I can do to tighten and shape my butt.

    walk up and down stairs every night , maybe for about 25 to 30 minutes a night, like stadiums, at like a football stadium nearby. That's how I kept a tight butt in college.
