If Jesus came to save all mankind, why didn't he wait until modern times?
He could get a lot more publicity and followers now, than back then. Especially since he didn't write anything down himself, but only trusted word-of-mouth to his few followers.

Even though you ask a very interesting question, you need to understand your history a whole lot more to properly understand the answer.
Galatians 4:4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law,
God sent Jesus as soon as it was possible to do so with the greatest impact on the civilized world. When Paul spoke of the “fulness of time” in his letter to the Galatians, he was speaking of the fact that Jesus came into the then known world as soon as it was unified under one government. Prior to then, the world had seen great empires come and go, but none had actually controlled the entire known world. Each and every previous empire had governed huge areas, yes, but none had control over the entire world. The Roman Empire was the first to control large areas on each of three major continents, Europe, Africa and the Middle East (Asia).
One added element to consider is just where Jesus ministered. Look at a map of ancient times, and you’ll see that Israel literally sat on the crossroads of the great Roman empire. Jesus would only need to work with a small number of people, and very quickly word of His works and message would be all over the empire.
When you speak of modern times, you have to understand that the last thing many people want is to be governed by a world government. Sure, there are those that do, but like I just said, many don’t, and for a variety of reasons, religion being a major one.
Further, you speak of having a lot more publicity now than back then. If you pay any attention at all to the media, you can readily see that they are more likely to interpret events according to their own agenda rather than just reporting the facts. Given the bad press religious activities and events have received in our own times, can’t you just imagine what the media would do with things like raising people from the dead, or feeding multitudes with just a few fishes and loaves of bread? Rather than having so - called “professional” reporters and journalists giving their opinions on what was going on, it was better to have ordinary people telling other ordinary people about the life changing experiences they were having. Sure, it might be a lot slower to get the word around, but at least it had the honesty of people talking directly to other people. Our modern media would jump right on things, to be sure, but in a few weeks they would move on to some new spectacle, and the ministry of Jesus would soon be relegated to the back pages of major newspapers and eventually dropped altogether.

When Jesus comes back you won't have time to doubt for he will be coming back to judge the nations. Revelation 1:7 Look! He comes with the clouds of heaven. And everyone will see him— even those who pierced him. And all the nations of the world will mourn for him. Yes! Amen! Modern tech can also play a part with breaking news on TV to show Jesus return. But this happens after the antichrist comes.

Well first of all "time" does not excist to God. You could ask just as well. Why did he wait soooo long? You know it would have been nice for Moses and Noah to have known about Jesus. The bottom line is "God" makes no mistakes. What difference would it really have made?
And the other young lady was WAY correct. "This AntiChrist massiah will come and bring all peace and security" Unity with all nations and tribes. He will appear "as an Angel of light"
And to the gentelman who stated "Because he is dead" let me just say "The power of the tounge holds Life and Death" Carefull what you say. (Just a thought) No need for you to be nasty to get your 2 points sir.

First, understand compared to him and where he comes from, today is not modern times for him. We are still comparatively primitive.
Secondly, for a 1,000 years earlier prophecies were made defining when he would arrive so all would know Jesus was the Messiah and where and to whom he would be born.
Thirdly, 2,000 years later, Jesus and his message is widely known, even though distorted and twisted by many. This would be true anytime he came.

Why a 10 years child go to primary school when he could go when he has 18 years, when he could understand better and learn more ?
But no, every moment has his time, isn't it ?
The same has the mankind it's own lessons to learn to the right time.

Do you not see the miracle in this?
The Church was established 2,000 years ago and was an outlaw religion at the time, yet it survived. People who professed themselves Christians were arrested, tortured and killed - it meant your life if you followed Christ, yet the Church survived.
There's only one explanation: The Holy Spirit.
How could that not be miraculous?

All of those people who got saved since Jesus ressurection wouldn't necessarily went to heaven then. God thought those people were worth saving too.
These things happen in God's timing, not ours.
Who are we to know that Jesus would've been taken by any in our time?

His death, burial and resurrection are still as powerful today as ever! Believing or identifying yourself with HIS death, burial and resurrection is the ONLY way one is reconciled to God. He doesn't need "publicity"....He has we who are members of His Body to tell others what we know.
God DID write it all down for us. Its called the Bible and it IS His Word to mankind for ALL time.
So , you see, God has it all under control. He really doesnt need our help.

2 - there is a blessing in believing from faith in the heart, and not because it is emperically shoved down my throat.
3 - I'll be sure to ask Him that when i join him. Any other questions you want me to ask Him?

When Jesus came to earth, it WAS modern times for those who were alive back then.
