In this Super PC World of ours, yes, you can be fired and what you did CAN be called Vandalism... You wounded Bill's inner child and reality has no real bearing into what can happen to you... You need to contact corporate and ask what the policy on a situation like this would be… They might tell you that because you denied it, they can fire you if they look at the security footage… It also depends on what state you work in... If you live in Illinois, for example, they need a REAL reason to fire you... But if you live in Arizona, a right to work state, then they need no reason at all... I got fired in AZ because a FRIEND of mine filed a complaint about how the Assistant Manager at the store I worked at cussed out a customer, threw a smoothie at the window of a neighboring store, and took money from the register for personal snacks... I'll say that again, I GOT FIRED FOR MY FRIEND FILEING A COMPLAINT. They said that the friend wouldn’t have complained to corporate if I hadn’t told her about what was going on. I hate to say it but your pretty screwed... and there isn't much you can do about it... It's one of the worst parts of the "Real world".
