immigration court?

Question

Went to immigration court and The judge terminate deportation proceedings against me because 6 months before went to court I apply for adjust status since my wife is usa citizen and I entry legal this country. But here is my question for you all people .

Will the in migration court transfer my case to the in migration dept. I went court two months ago, how long will take to the court to transfer my case to the in migration dept.

Depends on the case load in the area you live in. It could be anywhere from a month, to a year+. Thanks for going through the trouble to become a citizen though, we need more people like you that are willing to go through the trouble, and become a tax paying US. citizen, and not just take advantage of our government.
