How hard is it to install a new processor on my laptop?

I have a Toshiba Satellite L25-1215 which currantly has a Intel(R) Celeron(R) M processor which runs at 1.5GHz but only one core. I just upgraded to Vista, upgraded the RAM from 256mb to 2GB, but the CPU runs at 100% even under light loads of work. Could I do the install myself with some decent instructions? Or would I need to take it to an expert?

Laptop CPU's are part of the motherboard, unlike desktops.
