does anyone know how i can make a picture on my computer bigger without it being blurry?

There has to be enough pixels (digital information) to allow you to enlarge a photo and then the enlargement has to be within limits. You don't say whether the image was one off the net, one you took with a digital camera, or something e-mailed to you. If it is from a digital camera, make certain you always shoot at the highest quality setting. It is something off the net, it is not likely to have enough pixels to enlarge very much, without pixelating.

Take it to a photo developing place..

they can enlarge it

But hopefully you shot it with a large resolution
