China signed to end ODA from Japan yesterday?

The ODA money over US $30 billion to China from Japan since 1979 end next year.

“Shortly after the foreign ministers meeting, China and Japan signed agreements. One is on the final disbursement of Japanese Overseas Development Assistance loans to China, which will officially end in March,”

Is this good "curtain fall" for China?

Update:

Japan did. Only China government did you ppl access to the documents on the net.

Actually Mao and PM Zhow accepted in the pre-meeting in 1972.
