Is 2yr. old frozen shrimp still good to eat?

    Please don't eat it. It is probably freezer burned, and even though you can't see them, germs and bacteria have been growing on the shrimp for aproximatly 1 1/2 years.

    I think they call that freeze dried. I would doubt that there would be any flavor left in the shrimp and the quality will be worse than poor.

    i think the longest anything should be frozen is 6 months. i think you would be much more satisfied with fresh shrimp.

    oh yuck gross...toss it out

    spend your money on fresh shrimp...it will be a lot cheaper than the medical bills from food poinsoning lol

    Nothing frozen for two years is edible.

    nope- not even if you decided to irradiate it with neutrons and electrons - Why would you want to eat food that's not fresh?
