whats an acceptable starting bid for a 1950 motors repair manual?

copyright 1950 by hearst magazines Inc. this book gives specific instructions on the removal, replacement, fitting & adjustment of all mechanical parts on all cars from 1935 to 1950

    What's it worth to you? If you're going to sell it on ebay, you can always put a reserve on it and if it doesn't meet reserve, you don't have to sell it. At least that way you can get a feel for how much it will sell for. Do your homework and see how much similar books are selling for and price yours accordingly.

    An old repair manual in good shape should bring at least $20-$30.
