Does anyone have a fairly simple pot luck dish recipe that people rave over?
These all sound great - Now I can't decide....

I had never fixed a broccoli cheese casserole before and I made one for Thanksgivng and I had so many people tell me how good it was and it was almost all gone...probably a couple servings were left over. Here is the recipe that I had and I added extra cheese
You take a 10 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup, 1 container or box of Stove Top stuffing, 1 20 oz package of frozen broccoli flowerettes, thawed, and one cup cheese whiz.
You make your stuffing according to the directions on the box/container and set aside. While that is cooking, you mix together your soup, cheeze whiz and broccoli. You pour the mixture into a 13 x 9 baking dish and then top it off with the stuffing and bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Before I topped it off with the stuffing I took a small block of velvetta cheese and cut about 1/4 of it and cubed it and spread it all over the casserole and then topped it with the stuffing. I made it really cheesy and good.

Tater tot casserole. Pound of hamburger on bottom of 9x13 pan, add 2 cans of cream of mushroom, 2 cans of green beans, pepper to taste, arrange tater tots on top, sprinkle with cheddar (or any other preferred) cheese, bake for like a half hour at 350, or until hamburger is completely cooked (do not brown prior to baking, although I suppose it could speed up the baking time.). Never seen this last half way through a line.

I am always, and I mean always asked to bring my sweet & sour kielbasa to family functions, whether it be spring, summer, winter, or fall. In a crock pot I use BBQ sauce & jelly and cut up kielbasa. They love it!
On my other side of the family I am always asked to make the potato salad and pepperoni & cheese bread.

Yes, One excellent choice is taco layered dip or taco roll ups.
layer in a circular cookie pan refried beans, guacamole, cheddar cheese, cour cream, black olives and serve with taco chips. At my job everyone goes crazy for this! Its the first thing gone!
but the soft taco shells and spread cream cheese mixed with a packet of taco seasoning and green chilles onto it and roll them up and slice. This is another thing that people go crazy for!

Ikea meat balls are the simplest, and people just snarf them like candy.
