Mailing Letters or E-mails
I prefer mailing e-mails to letters based on my using experiences. The reason why I prefer sending e-mails is simple: convenience. Nowadays, the paces of society are too fast to catch up with easily, and we should use e-mails to inform something important to others. In times without e-mails, the post officers were very exhausted because of countless letters, and these letters possibly lost on its way. Sending e-mails can avoid problems above, and I consider e-mails can substitute for letters completely. We can illustrate a lot of advantages of sending e-mails. Firstly, if you want to send your e-mails to others, all you have to do is click the transmission button, and simultaneously, your mails are already transmitted to the addressees’ mailboxes. Secondly, it is not uncommon that some people’s handwriting is too scribbled to recognize, and these can type in e-mails to amend their awful handwriting. Finally, helping post officers lessen their load of sending letters is the best advantage of sending e-mails. We can observe how tired post officers are in our daily life, especially in rainy days. You often see motorcyclists wearing in green take letters into mailboxes, and their bags are filled with letters whose quantity is never decreased. Absolutely, we can take more advantages as examples, but we can find a special advantage. This advantage is a kind of bonus given to addressees, and it is to add some files to your e-mails. You can add music files, flash, soft wares and so on to e-mails, and they can be additional gifts to addressees. E-mail is an excellent invention for helping people communicate with each other, and it makes communication more convenient, colorful, and easy. E-mail is a revolution of sending letters, and I consider it is the best way to communicate.
