想寫:

目前沒有一月份需求確切的訊息

會持續追蹤

不加主詞"我們"的話語意不清, 或者您可以以 "I" 替代 "we"(順便小改如下):

"We(or: I) do not have the precise information at the moment about the request for January, but, will continue to keep track of it."

在此說明: "keep track of it" 就代表追踨這件事.

相信您之前的回信長官一定看得懂, 只是尊敬長官可以在信首用dear sir即可, 不需要用"for sir reference", 用 "for your reference" 就好了.

看樣子是公司對公司，

我之前寫文章的時候，假如不方便用we的話，我建議可以使用公司的名字，或是單位的名字來代替we

用amber的回答，we 是指XXX，那句可以寫成

XXX does not have the precise information at the moment about the request for January, but, will continue to keep track of it.
