"Go shopping" is more pleasure-oriented.
You go shopping for a new outfit or electronics.
"Do shopping" is more "duty"-oriented.
You do shopping for grocery and food. And it's more like a routine run when you use "do shopping".

His mother usually _____ shopping on Saturday morning.
do 名詞 , does shopping 的shopping 是名詞
His mother usually does / goes shopping on Saturday morning(s).
His mother usually does / goes shopping every Saturday morning.
His mother usually does / goes shopping on Saturday(s).
His mother usually does / goes shopping every Saturday.Source(s): I myself

She does. She does shopping on Saturdays.
do shopping. I have to do some shopping this morning.
It doesn't work when you put S after Saturday ....
1. The store opens on Saturdays. ( every Sat. )
2. He is going shopping on Saturday morning.
P.S. I don't have software to type Chinese, hope above information

goes shopping 或 does shopping 都可以，都對。
usually . . . . . on Saturday morning.
