"Follow-up letter" is the letter which providers send to those potential/present clients for getting business trade opportunity after an introduction letter or after the catalogs sent to them or after any proposals we offered to them...etc. (or the other way around, from clients to the providers)
The purpose for follow-up letter is to continue the previous "topic" or "offer" or "request" we talked about before and hope to get more serious or deep into it.
We sent you our previous email, dated Nov. 25, 2007, requesting your company to send us your price list and catalogs. It has been more than 5 days, but we have not heard from your company yet.
We would appreciate it very much if you could reply to us. Thank you.
We look forward to receiving your reply soon.
