Well this is more like a question of which is more important, intelligence, with factors of outsmarting, cunning, mentally able to go threw challanges such as shaving off your whole head for a fast foward or eating something that taste is not as delightful which causes you to throw up, techniques and organization or brawns using reflexes, and body movements to overcome challanges that are touch, that require strength, and physical activity, or a challange that required to be healthy, like racing to the top of a pyramid, not as what others misunderstood as 'have' a brain physically, given a premature answer. For this, this is a combination of many factors, teamwork, organization, variety....not just a race such as a track field that requires mental motivation and a healthy body.
However, I believe, that of course you would have 'a brain' to live, and 'a body' to move, but in this situation, I suppose that brains, because the challanges seem to be more of a language-communication-body movement-travel-organization -stamina and endurance for the ability to execute the function that's a setback, because if your injured that's a setback, if you can't move fast, its another setback, if you don't know what people are speaking that's a setback, if you can't handle or resolve a problem quickly that's a setback, if you can't follow the rules of the race that's a setback or penalty, if you can't go on mentally and keep sobbing that's a setback, if you can't work together with your teammate that's a setback, if you can't solve a riddle that's a setback, if you cannot fix your errors that another setback, there are more setbacks if you don't have a brain, more than a brawn. However brawn is still important, as without it, you cannot move on, netherless.
Brains can do a billion things that are crucial for survival.
Brawns can do a billion things that are crucial for existence.
Primary functions and commands is brains.
Auxilory and following executions is brawns.
Of course, as of others summarized.
