商用英文 ~通知客戶

因為公司email改了,要通知每個客戶~

有一個是主要的信箱,還有告知各個業務的信箱

請客人在與業務聯絡時也同時c.c. 一份給主要的信箱

請各位前輩幫我看看還有沒有要修改的 tks

We sincerely appreciate for your businesses in all these years.

This e-mail regarding to the notice of e-mail address change

From now on, our external email address will be ABC@ABC.com.tw

The sales’ email as below

A業務: XXX@daifa.com.tw

B業務: XXX@daifa.com.tw

C業務: XXX@daifa.com.tw

Please contact us not only through sales’ e-mail address but also transmit to our external email address: ABC@ABC.com.tw

We also apologize if causing any inconvenience

It would be our pleasures to continue provide more services for you in the future.

    My suggestion as follows:

    Dear Sir,

    Allow me to begin by thanking all you have done for us for past many years. In order to make our services more effectively and efficiently, please be noted that there is some change in the way of communication with our sales Dept effective from today.

    A業務: XXX@daifa.com.tw

    B業務: XXX@daifa.com.tw

    C業務: XXX@daifa.com.tw

    Please also send a copy of your mail to ABC@ABC.com.tw for reference in case any mistakes made via communication.

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your business has been valuable to us in all these years, and it will be our pleasure to serve you continually.

    我做的修改如下:

    我稍微修改刪減了你的段落順序。因為商用英文書信最好

    1) 直接進入正題, appreciation可以放在最後;

    2) 精簡扼要,不要重複已提供的資訊
