我要做英文食譜~要有中英文翻譯

我要做英文食譜用的,請幫忙!只要又兩篇就夠哩!

不管是哪一國的時才都可以壓!

    玉米肉丸

    [材料]

    絞肉………………….. 半斤

    玉米粒 ………………. 1杯

    A. 料 : 蔥薑蒜末, 鹽 , 胡椒粉, 太白粉各適量.

    B. 高湯半杯, 醬油1小匙, 鹽, 糖, 麻油, 太白粉各適量

    [作法]

    1. 將絞肉剁碎, 和A.料充分拌勻,甩打後做成數個肉丸, 放入蒸鍋蒸熟

    2. 盤底倒入煮熟之玉米粒, 再將肉丸排在玉米粒上

    3. 將 B 料煮開, 淋在作法 2 上即可上桌

    Corn Meat Balls

    Ingredients:

    ½ catty minced meat, 1 cup corn beads

    A. (chopped scallion, ginger, salt, pepper, cornstarch)

    B. (1/2 cup stock, 1 tsp. Soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil, cornstarch)

    Method:

    1. Chop the minced meat, mix well with A, beat it and make into balls then steam.

    2. Put the corn beads on a plate, arrange the meat balls on them.

    3. Boil B, pour over method 2 and enjoy.

    番茄炒蛋

    [材料]

    番茄2個, 蛋4個, 蔥2根, 番茄醬1大匙, 糖,鹽少許

    [作法]

    1. 番茄切片, 蛋打散, 蔥切段備用

    2. 用3大匙油將蛋炒散,凝固成塊狀續放蔥段及番茄片拌炒,加入番茄醬等調味料,如太乾可加些水炒勻即可

    Fried Tomato with Egg

    Ingredients:

    2 tomatoes, 4 eggs, 2 scallion, 1 tbsp. Ketchup, sugar, salt.

    Method:

    1. Slice the tomatoes, beat the eggs, chop scallion into sections.

    2. Scramble the beaten eggs, as soon as the egg mixture starts to thick, add scallion, tomato slices, Ketchup, and seasoning.
