    At 350 degrees F:

    Unstuffed - 3/12 to 4 hours

    Stuffed - 4 1/2 to 5 hours

Really, though, you should use a meat thermometer and check the temperature of the bird to determine when it is actually done.

The turkey is done when the thigh meat reaches an internal temperature of 180 degrees F, and when the breast meat reaches an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.

If your turkey has been stuffed, check the temperature of the dressing; it should be 165 degrees F.

When the turkey is done, remove from the oven and allow to stand for 20-30 minutes before carving.

Between 3 to 5 hours depending on if you stuff the bird or not.

If you deep fry it, it will only take about 50 minutes. Internal temperature should be at 180 either way. Put the thermometer in at the breast and make sure you don't hit bone.
