that is a pretty general question without any more information not sure how we can help. are you already a registered user??? are you getting some type of error?? I would recommend calling customer service, choosing the option for personal banking then choose the option for online banking support. the # is 800-788-700

could be any reason from you are doing some stupid on your part wrong pass word to the bank may be off the air updating their site!!!!
