What are ideal contrast/brightness settings for minimizing eye strain?
I guess the optimum contrast/brightness settings for minimizing eye strain depend on the environment lighting, but are there any general rules, like:
---> Low/High contrast/brightness is better/worse?
---> Particular settings for particular technology (LCD/CRT)?
Thanks!
