why is kylie minogue not in any 'most beautiful women' lists??..?

i mean, she has those gorgeous grey-green eyes, the perfect nose, lovely full lips and overall a beautiful face? so how come she is listed in any of those most beautiful lists, angelina jolie and aishwarya rai are beautiful, so is kylie? so why not?
