Bad back due to trampoline accident.?
About a year ago I was doing P.E in school on a trampoline when I attempted a front drop (like a belly flop but you bounce back up on to your feet again) but unfortunatly I jumped too far forward and landed on my chest shoulders and chin. As i landed I felt and heard a crack in the middle of my back, there was quite a bit of pain for about 20 seconds then it disappeared leaving a very mild pain for a few days. Now I get sore backs all the time especialy when it is cold and it feels very tight and like i can't bend back wards too far.
Have I done something serious to my back?

You most probably have.
The best thing to do is to visit a chiropractor.
However should money be a problem, try this.
Hope you will be free from you bad backSource(s): http://www.emofree.com/

Yes, get yourself to a doctor and get it checked out, and then head to physical therapy. Who knows what you did to it, but there is some kind of weakness or problem. You need to do exercises to strengthen all the muscles around it to make sure you don't injure it further. Even the smallest back problems can become serious disabilities as time goes on.
