how can i cut a picture in microsoft paint?

Draw a picture in Ms-Paint

In the Toolbox use the 'Select' button. Just select a point in the picture and drag a square box and after selecting it right click and choose cut or copy and drop it anywhere or don't bother dropping it.

Note: The 'Select' button is a dotted rectangular box next to the 'Star'.
