Good restaurant for birthday - Laguna Beach, Dana Point or Newport Beach?

Question

Hey I am planning a small birthday party, looking for a cool place to go have a dinner at in Laguna Beach, Dana Point or Newport Beach. Something that would be fun, good food definitely (like grill + fish), maybe similar to Elephant Bar or BJ's or HB Beer Company... And would also be not like on the cheap side but not too expensive, maybe under $25/entree... Any suggestions?

all of their answers suck......Go to blue beat in Newport for dinner which is really good and then stay after (10ish) for the live band and dancing which gets really fun with a good bar scene and 20 to 30is crowds. Or if you want something a litttle less, go to Kantaina across the street which serves very good mexican food right on the water and is very swanky

Moson, its a sushi restaurant located in Laguna on PCH and right next to it they have a club.
